Returns

Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your purchase.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for any change of mind purchases or incorrect size ordered. Please refer to our sizing charts that also indicate the fit when ordering.

Items must be in unused, unworn & unwashed condition with all tags and labels attached.

Items must be free of any smell or trace of perfume, deodorant, washing detergent, body odour, make-up or self-tanner.

Once the returned items have been received and we have deemed them acceptable for a return, we will refund your purchase (minus the original shipping costs) within 7 business days.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

Gather & Salt pride ourselves in providing you with a quality product and customer service. In the unfortunate event that we have mistakenly mailed out a faulty/damaged or incorrect item, we will refund your purchase including shipping costs. Please notify us within 2 business days of your order arriving if it is faulty, incorrect or incomplete.

If once we have inspected the garment and the fault is due to not following the care instructions that are on the label, a refund will unfortunately be denied.

Please take time to read the care instructions and wash and dry your items accordingly.
